- Q: I can't log into my account
Make sure you're using the same login method you used when signing up—either "Continue with Google" or "Sign in with Apple".
If you're still having trouble, please contact us at support@getappsolo.xyz. - Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Apple ID > Subscriptions, then find Solo and tap "Cancel Subscription".
- Q: I didn't get my progress or XP
Sometimes syncing may be delayed. Restart the app and check again. Still missing? Email us with a screenshot.
